It also has functions that allow the customer to manage tasks, contracts, real estate, utilities, and more. When an Enterprise Content Management system is needed, the HBMG solution can provide immediate information management for a project and give the stakeholders valuable time to decide on a long term Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. To assist in ECM selection, HBMG has experience consulting, conducting needs assessments, preparing RFPs, and creating customized implementation and migration strategies. Once an ECM system is selected, HBMG can integrate the systems, migrate the data, configure the new software, host data, train staff, and provide maintenance and support. HBMG has ECM implementation expertise with leading industry vendors such as Hummingbird, FileNet, and Livelink . We currently partner with OpenText. We have ECM administrators and a Certified Records Manager on staff and hold several industry certifications.
