Public Involvement (P.I.) Logs The Public Involvement (PI) Logs module, in conjunction with the eLogs module, records and stores public input to a project, including emails, letters, phone calls, project website comment forms, and public meeting notes. Newspapers, magazines, and other press clippings about a project can also be added. Up-to-the minute information is managed by eLogs, which contains a Public Involvement Record Identifier that makes those documents readily identifiable and available to authorized internal stakeholders. PI Logs also records and stores metadata that describes public involvement demographics and maintains contact information for stakeholders. The customizable PI Logs Report function allows users to choose which metadata elements to use to populate their Public Involvement Reports.
