  • eLogs Document Management

eLogs Content Management enables you to store, organize, access, and share all of your paperwork, documents, and electronic media in a secure centralized repository.   Support all types of native file formats, including images, engineering drawings, audio, video and more. Manage millions of files in an organized, hierarchical structure. 

 

  • Task Manager (TM)

 The Task Manager (TM) module provides the mechanism for creating, documenting, and tracking tasks to be performed by project participants. This module also supports basic workflows through automatic emailing of task notifications, alarms, status monitoring, and the ability to associate a project document with a task. Some of the Task Manager’s features are that it allows the user to view Current Workload, create new tasks, edit task templates, and generate and view task reports.

 
 

 

  •  Corporate Processes (CP)

The Corporate Processes (CP) module records, stores, and tracks pertinent employees’ activities including:  time entry, review, and approval; time off requests, review, and approval; requisition requests, review, and approval; viewing the organization’s vacation calendar; and travel authorization request, review, and approval. Also, an employees’ time entry can be broken our and entered hourly by client or project. 

 

  •  Public Involvement (PI) Logs

 Public Involvement (PILogs) in conjunction with the eLogs module, records and stores public input to an organization, including emails, letters, phone calls, public meeting notes, and comment forms submitted from an organization’s website. Newspaper, magazine, and other press clippings about a project can also be recorded.


 
 
  • Business Intelligence Dashboard

The Business Intelligence Dashboard framework contains the elements needed to record and graphically display Key Performance Indicators (KPI).  

  • Right Of Way (ROW)

 The Right Of Way (ROW) module records, tracks, and reports the status of right-of-way acquisitions. ROW is an “Expert Assistant” that provides a customizable check list for the essential steps and milestones required to address the myriad of conditions to be handled in acquiring a parcel for a project and maintains a step-by-step history of acquisition and relocation processes.  Users are able to quickly and easily record and retrieve the information relative to a parcel and view or generate reports on the current state of each parcel or project.

 
 
  •  Contract Administrator (CAT)

Contract Administrator (CAT) simplifies the organization and management of contracts, work authorizations, supplements to contracts and work authorizations, and invoices. 

  •  Utility Tracker (UT)

Utility Tracker (UT) is an eManagers module that provides the ability to record, track status, and provide reports on the various tasks and milestones associated with managing the utility relocation aspects of the project.
